Three different questions
A processing category describes how tea is made. A cultivar is a plant variety. A blend can combine leaves from cultivars, batches or origins. These terms describe different things; a blend is not automatically a tea with added flavor.
Blends can have a purpose
A producer may blend tea to balance aroma and texture or maintain a house style. iTeaworld publicly lists blended Da Hong Pao products. That is a seller description of its own products, not independent proof of quality. Assess the description, sample and price rather than treating blend as a defect.
Scenting and flavoring need clear wording
A jasmine-scented tea and a tea with added flavoring need an accurate ingredient and processing description. A creamy note in an oolong does not establish that milk or flavoring was added. Ask directly instead of relying on a home aroma trick.
A label cannot do the tasting for you
If you want a single cultivar or a documented origin, make that request explicit and check supporting information. If your goal is a pleasant daily cup, an honestly labeled blend may be suitable. Neither price nor a poetic name proves what is in a specific bag.
